USPA NEWS - Emeritus King of Spain, Juan Carlos de Borbon, filed before the Spanish Supreme Court an appeal against the admissibility of the paternity suit filed by the Belgian citizen Ingrid Sartiau, who asks to be recognized as daughter of the monarch.
The appeal, according to the Supreme Court reported, based on the contradictions and non-specific words that, according to the defense of the King Juan Carlos, present the demand filed by Ingrid Sartiau, whose petition was admissible on 14 January by a single vote.
